مجالس خطوة تصدر شهادات مشاركة وشهادات شكر وتقدير لطلاب برنامج خطوة عن الفعاليات والأدوار التي شاركوا فيها. كل شهادة تحمل رقمًا ورمز تحقق مطبوعين في أسفلها، وهذي الصفحة تطابقهما مع سجلنا مباشرة. Khotwa Councils issue certificates of participation and certificates of appreciation to students of the Khotwa program for the events and roles they took part in. Every certificate carries a number and a verification code printed at its foot, and this page checks them against our record directly.

وش يظهر لك عند المطابقة What a match shows you
إذا طابق الرقم والرمز سجلنا، تظهر لك بيانات الشهادة كما صدرت: If the number and code match our record, you are shown the certificate exactly as it was issued:
- اسم المستلمThe recipient's name
- نوع الشهادة — مشاركة أو شكر وتقديرThe certificate type — participation or appreciation
- الصفة التي شارك بهاThe role they took part in
- اسم الفعالية وتاريخهاThe event name and its date
- تاريخ إصدار الشهادةThe date the certificate was issued
إذا ما طابقت If it does not match
أول شي: تأكد من نسخ الرقم والرمز حرفًا بحرف كما هما مطبوعان، بلا مسافات زائدة. الحروف كلها إنجليزية والأرقام إنجليزية. First: copy the number and the code character for character as printed, with no extra spaces. Both are in Latin letters and Western digits.
إذا كانت البيانات صحيحة ولم تتم المطابقة، فالشهادة إما غير صادرة عنّا أو أُلغيت. راسلنا وسنؤكد لك خلال وقت قصير: khotwaaustralia@gmail.com أو عبر نموذج التواصل. If the details are right and it still does not match, the certificate was either not issued by us or has been retired.
